Call for Participants

Are you interested in the Digital Humanities but don’t know where to begin?  Have a DH project already in the works and looking for community? We can help!

Peruse the schedule and register for this year’s DH Bootcamp @ UNL. This 2-day bootcamp will explore recurrent tools, handling ethical predicaments, and how to broaden engagement in the DH world. Attendants will be provided with hands on training of basic theoretical concepts and explore these new ideas and methods in a safe, open space. Our bootcamps tackles the theme of minimal digital humanities to coincide with the topic of this year’s forum “Breaking Down Barriers: Sociel Justice, Cultural Memory and the Digital Humanities”.

The DH Bootcamp will take place at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln from April 5-6, 2017, just prior to the Nebraska Forum on Digital Humanities hosted by the Center for Digital Research in the Humanities.

If you have further questions, contact the organizers at dhbootcampunl@gmail.com.
